1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who register on or otherwise use the pphbet platform, including the website accessible at pphbet.net and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform"). Access to pphbet is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms without modification.

By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or similar, or by accessing any service on pphbet, you affirm that:

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

To access pphbet's gaming services, you are required to create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active pphbet account. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether for promotional abuse, evasion of limits, or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Non-Transferable: Your pphbet account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or share account access with any other person. Winnings and account balances are non-transferable except through a valid withdrawal to your own verified payment method.
• KYC Compliance: pphbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide additional documentation including a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pphbet supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All transactions on pphbet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pphbet account immediately or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Verification Requirements: pphbet reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity and payment verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in funds being held indefinitely.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). pphbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.
• Prohibited Payment Sources: Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pphbet reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pphbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above. Players who have self-excluded or are under any form of account restriction are not eligible to receive promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to stack bonuses without authorisation will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus Abuse: pphbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification: pphbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where practically possible.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pphbet are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant game or market on the Platform and take precedence where they conflict with these general rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by pphbet's system and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pphbet reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. pphbet operates on a "best odds at time of placement" basis unless a specific promotion guarantees enhanced odds.
• Void Bets: pphbet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, where an event is cancelled, where a market is settled in error, or where any form of fraudulent activity is detected.
• Result Disputes: Results are determined by official governing body results. In cases of dispute, pphbet's decision — based on available official data — shall be final.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. During periods of live streaming or data feed delays, pphbet may temporarily suspend in-play markets. Bets placed during suspension periods will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pphbet platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to influence betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in pphbet's systems for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions in bad faith after winnings have been received.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pphbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pphbet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of pphbet or its licensed content partners. These materials are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any pphbet content without prior written authorisation.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use of pphbet's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9 Responsible Gaming

pphbet is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Loss limits may be set to cap the total amount a player can lose within a defined period. These limits are applied at the account level across all game categories.
• Session Time Limits: Players can configure session time reminders and automatic logout timers to manage their gaming duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. 10 Account Suspension & Termination

pphbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's request to close their own account or initiate self-exclusion.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pphbet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pphbet's liability to you in connection with the Platform and any services provided thereunder is limited as follows:

• pphbet is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• pphbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
• pphbet is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or actions of Philippine government authorities.
• pphbet's total aggregate liability to any player — for any claim arising from or related to these Terms — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

pphbet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and under PAGCOR oversight. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant PAGCOR office in addition to contacting pphbet's internal support team.

13 Amendments

pphbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of pphbet following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
